Anonymous browser tokens support ratings, comment updates and read state. Your saved shelf and theme stay in your browser.
Comment names and permission
A name or nickname is optional. Before submitting, you must agree to publication of your comment and any name you enter if the owner approves it. Leave the name blank to appear as Anonymous. Pending and rejected comments remain private. Moderation decisions are sent to the same browser; deleting a bell message does not delete the underlying comment.
Download verification
Attachments require Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes verification signals under its privacy policy. Public previews may still be saved without the attachment workflow.
What download records contain
The owner can view the file, version, time, transfer outcome and bytes, coarse browser/OS/language and a daily keyed network hash. No raw IP, full user-agent, referrer URL or inferred identity is stored in application download records. A name or alias is optional and requires explicit consent; anonymous downloads remain possible.
Retention and counters
Detailed download records and optional names expire after 90 days. Per-file counters remain. Counts represent completed full server responses, not proof of saving a file to disk.
Analytics and hosting
Aggregate analytics respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Security checks and required transfer counters are separate from optional analytics. Bluehost may retain separate infrastructure access logs.
